Veg Patties and Mayo

Ingredients

  • Vegan Patties Recipe
  • 1,5 cup of cooked chickpeas
  • 2 teaspoon harissa pesto (or red pesto)
  • 1,5 teaspoon paprika
  • 1,5 tablespoon flour
  • Juice and zest from 1/2 citron
  • Salt and pepper
  • A handful of parsley
  • Vegan Mayo Recipe
  • 1,5 tablespoon vegan mayo
  • half teaspoon of paprika
  • half teaspoon of chili
  • Juice from 1/4 citron
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Cook the chickpeas or use precooked and preheat the oven at 170°c degrees (340° F). Mix all ingredients in a high powered mixer or food processor until you have a good well-mixed texture. Form like a round patty and fry them shortly until golden on both sides

  2. Place on a baking tray and cook in the oven for about 15 min. The result should be crispy, yet soft inside

  3. Serve the patties in burgers or with salad

  4. Mix everything together and add salt or pepper if needed

  5. Cool down in the fridge until serving
