Vegan Gluten-Free Buckwheat Crepes Breakfast
Ingredients
- 1 cup un-toasted (raw) buckwheat flour
- 3/4 Tbsp flaxseed meal
- 1 3/4 cups light (canned) coconut milk
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1 Tbsp avocado or melted coconut oil
- 1/8th tsp ground cinnamon
- sweetener (optional)
Preparation
Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl.
Cook on a heated pan lightly on each side.
