Vegan Beyond Meat Mini Meatballs for Parties

Ingredients

  • 1 package of beyond meat
  • 1 Beyond Meat hot Italian sausage
  • 3 teaspoons of minced garlic
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup Follow Your Heart Parmesan
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 400.

  2. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, mixing well. Use gloves and squish with hands to evenly distribute.

  3. Using a small cookie scoop, form balls and place on a lined baking sheet; roll in hands to pack tighter.

  4. Bake for 20 minutes.

Tips

  1. Can be made in advance, frozen, or served in a crockpot.

  2. Serve with toothpicks as bites or with a jar of favorite sauce.

  3. Makes approximately 45 mini meatballs.
