Vegan Beyond Meat Mini Meatballs for Parties
Ingredients
- 1 package of beyond meat
- 1 Beyond Meat hot Italian sausage
- 3 teaspoons of minced garlic
- 1 medium onion
- 3 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup Follow Your Heart Parmesan
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, mixing well. Use gloves and squish with hands to evenly distribute.
Using a small cookie scoop, form balls and place on a lined baking sheet; roll in hands to pack tighter.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Tips
Can be made in advance, frozen, or served in a crockpot.
Serve with toothpicks as bites or with a jar of favorite sauce.
Makes approximately 45 mini meatballs.
