Gluten-Free Pear Hazelnut Cake

Ingredients

  • 90g sugar
  • 130g margarine
  • 100g applesauce
  • 120g hazelnut powder
  • 70g rice flour
  • 5g baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 70g soy yogurt
  • 3 pears

Preparation

  1. Cream the sugar and margarine, then add the applesauce and continue to whisk.

  2. Incorporate the hazelnut powder, rice flour, baking powder, and salt.

  3. Add the yogurt and stir.

  4. Pour the batter into a tartlet ring.

  5. Place half a pear on top.

  6. Bake for 15 minutes at 200°C then 25 minutes at 160°C.
