Pear and Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop Pea Protein, OKAMI Bio
  • 250g gluten free Oat flour
  • 50g corn starch
  • 3 eggs
  • 100ml veggie milk
  • 3/4 pears cut into pieces
  • 70g chocolate chips
  • 60ml oil of your choice
  • 100g panela
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients.

  2. Pour the dough into a rectangular mold covered with parchment paper.

  3. Cook for 30 minutes in the oven at 180°C.

  4. Leave the cake for 15 more minutes with a piece of foil on top.

  5. Let it cool then enjoy.
