Pear and Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
- 1 scoop Pea Protein, OKAMI Bio
- 250g gluten free Oat flour
- 50g corn starch
- 3 eggs
- 100ml veggie milk
- 3/4 pears cut into pieces
- 70g chocolate chips
- 60ml oil of your choice
- 100g panela
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking powder
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients.
Pour the dough into a rectangular mold covered with parchment paper.
Cook for 30 minutes in the oven at 180°C.
Leave the cake for 15 more minutes with a piece of foil on top.
Let it cool then enjoy.
