Avocado Chocolate Mousse Tart
Ingredients
Crust
- 1 cup Almond (Roasted)
- 1/4 cup Dates (7-8 approximately)
- 1/2 cup Pumpkin Seeds
- 2 tsp Flaxseeds powder
- 1/2 cup Shredded Coconut
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp Coconut Condensed milk
- 1 pinch salt
Filling
- 2 1/2 Ripe Avocados
- 1/4 cup Coconut Condensed milk
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp Cinnamon powder
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup Coconut oil (Melted)
- 2 tbsp Cacao powder
Preparation
Add all the ingredients for crust in a food processor and pulse until the nuts are finely ground and crust starts sticking together forming a sticky dough.
Grease the tart pan with coconut oil and transfer the crust to the tart pan, pressing it into an even layer.
Keep it in the fridge to set until you prepare the filling.
Add avocados, coconut oil, condensed milk, cacao powder, cinnamon, vanilla extract, cornstarch, and maple syrup to the food processor and blend until smooth texture forms.
Pour filling into the crust and chill for at least 5 to 6 hours or until set.
Garnish it with fresh berries and enjoy.
