Healthy Avocado Almond Chocolate Tart

Ingredients

Crust

  • 1 Cup Almond (Roasted)
  • 1/4 cup dates
  • 1/2 cup cashewnuts
  • 2 tbsp Flaxseeds powder
  • 1/2 Shredded Coconut
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Almond Essence
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 Tbsp Coconut condensed milk (optional)

Filling

  • 2 1/2 Ripe Avocados
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp Almond essence
  • 1/2 vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup Coconut oil Melted
  • 2 tbsp Cacao powder

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients for crust in a food processor and pulse until nuts are finely ground and crust starts sticking together forming a sticky dough.

  2. Grease the tart pan with coconut oil and transfer crust to the pan pressing the filling into a even layer.

  3. Keep it in fridge to set until you prepare filling.

  4. Add Avocados, coconut oil, Condensed milk, cacao powder, almond Essence, vanilla extract, Maple syrup in the food processor and blend until smooth texture forms.

  5. Pour Filling into the Crust and chill for at least 5 to 6 hours or until set.

  6. Garnish with fresh berries and enjoy.
