Gingersnap Pretzel Chocolate Treats

Ingredients

  • Chocolate chips (e.g., Enjoy Life Foods)
  • Gingersnap cashew butter (e.g., Abby's Better)
  • Gluten-free pretzels (e.g., Quinn Snacks)

Preparation

  1. Melt the chocolate chips, optionally coating them in a little coconut oil or olive oil first.

  2. Pour a small amount of chocolate into the bottom of each mold, fill with nut butter and chopped pretzels, and top with more chocolate.

  3. Store in the fridge to let harden, preferably overnight, and enjoy.
