Protein Peanut Butter Cups

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup vanilla protein powder
  • Chocolate chips or bar

Preparation

  1. Melt the chocolate and spread it into a cubed tray or mini muffin tin.

  2. Store it in the freezer to set while stirring together the filling ingredients.

  3. In a mixing bowl, stir together the peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla protein.

  4. Remove the chocolate tray from the freezer and use a cookie scoop to scoop the peanut butter dough over each chocolate cup.

  5. Top with extra chocolate and freeze until fully set, about 15-20 minutes. Enjoy!
