Protein Peanut Butter Cups
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup vanilla protein powder
- Chocolate chips or bar
Preparation
Melt the chocolate and spread it into a cubed tray or mini muffin tin.
Store it in the freezer to set while stirring together the filling ingredients.
In a mixing bowl, stir together the peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla protein.
Remove the chocolate tray from the freezer and use a cookie scoop to scoop the peanut butter dough over each chocolate cup.
Top with extra chocolate and freeze until fully set, about 15-20 minutes. Enjoy!
