No-Bake Chewy Chocolate Granola Bars

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups rolled oats {i used @thesoulfullproject hearty grains & seeds mix}
  • 1 cup nut/seed butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • dark chocolate bar or chips

Preparation

  1. Stir together the oats, nut/seed butter, and honey.

  2. Press batter into an 8x8 pan, pour melted chocolate on top, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before cutting into slices.

Topping ideas

  1. Drizzle with a combination of powdered almond butter, maple cinnamon topping, and almond milk for added flavor.
