Homemade Almond Hazel Butter

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 1 cup raw hazelnuts
  • 1 tsp honey/maple
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Roast nuts for 15 minutes on 180C & let cool

  2. Then mix in a food processor for 7-10 minutes until the nuts are fully crushed so you’ll end up with a smooth nut butter

  3. Add in the rest & pulse a few times, then store in a glass jar
