No-Bake Cookie Granola Bars

Ingredients

Base

  • 3/4 Choc Chip @startmeupnutrition Cookie (crumbled)
  • 45g Dates
  • 40g Rolled Oats
  • 15g Protein Powder
  • 20g Tahini
  • 15g Brown Rice Syrup
  • 40g Almonds

Choc top

  • 15g Cacao Powder
  • 15g Melted Coconut Oil
  • 15g Brown Rice Syrup

Preparation

  1. Add all base ingredients except the cookie into a blender and pulse until combined but still a little chunky.

  2. Add mixture to a bowl and add in the cookie crumbs. Stir in any additional ingredients (I added an unmeasured amount of buckinis)

  3. Press into a lined tray and put in the fridge to set.

  4. To make the choc coating mix ingredients together in a bowl and pour over the top of the set base.

  5. Store in the fridge for up to a week
