No Bake Caramel Brownie Bars
Ingredients
Brownie base
- 1/3 cup Cacao Powder
- 1/4 cup Coconut Flour
- 1/3 cup Nut Butter
- 2 tbs Ground Flaxseed
- 1/4 cup Brown Rice Syrup
- 1/4 cup Almond Milk
Caramel
- 1/4 cup Brown Rice Syrup
- 1/4 cup Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup Protein Powder
- 3-4 tbs Almond Milk
Ganache
- 70g Dark Chocolate
- 1 tbs Peanut Butter
Preparation
Add ingredients for brownie base in a bowl and stir until combined. Use hands to help mix and form a smooth, thick dough. Press into a lined baking tin and put in the fridge.
Make caramel by adding syrup and peanut butter in a bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds. Add in protein powder and gradually add almond milk. Pour over brownie and leave in the freezer to set.
Once caramel is set, make ganache by melting your chocolate and then stirring through peanut butter. Pour over caramel and leave in the freezer to set before slicing.
Store in the freezer.
