Peanut Butter Easter Eggs

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Flour
  • 1/4 cup Protein Powder (@macr0mike cookie dough)
  • 1/3 cup Rice Malt Syrup
  • 50g Dark Chocolate (melted)

Preparation

  1. Add peanut butter, coconut flour, protein powder, and rice malt syrup to a bowl. Stir until combined into a thick dough.

  2. Shape the dough into egg shapes and place them on a baking tray or large plate. Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes to cool.

  3. Decorate the peanut butter eggs by dipping them in or drizzling melted dark chocolate over them.
