Festive No-Bake Reindeer Bites

Ingredients

  • 40g Dates
  • 30g Rolled Oats
  • 25g Protein Powder (I used @macr0mike salted vanilla)
  • 15g Almond Meal
  • 15g Tahini
  • 30ml Almond Milk
  • 20g Buckinis
  • 1 tsp Coconut Oil
  • 30g Dark Chocolate

Preparation

  1. Add the dates and oats to a blender and blend until mostly smooth, leaving some texture in the oats.

  2. Stir through the protein powder, almond meal, tahini, almond milk, and coconut oil, pulsing in the blender if needed to combine.

  3. Add in buckinis or any other mix-ins.

  4. Form the mixture into small balls.

  5. Allow the balls to set in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

  6. Melt the chocolate and cover the balls.

  7. Decorate quickly before the chocolate sets.
