No Bake Cookie Dough Bars

Ingredients

  • 40g Runny Peanut Butter
  • 50g Protein Powder (I used @vivonue natural)
  • 20g Almond Meal
  • 65ml Almond Milk
  • 10g Brown Rice Syrup
  • 30g Dark Chocolate Chunks
  • 1/2 Vanilla Essence *optional
  • Pinch of Pink Salt *optional
  • Chocolate Bliss Ball (I used @hearusraw )

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients except the bliss ball together in a bowl and press firmly into a lined tin.

  2. Crumble the bliss ball and press it onto the top.

  3. Put in the fridge for at least 30 minutes and store for up to a week.
