No Bake Cookie Dough Bars
Ingredients
- 40g Runny Peanut Butter
- 50g Protein Powder (I used @vivonue natural)
- 20g Almond Meal
- 65ml Almond Milk
- 10g Brown Rice Syrup
- 30g Dark Chocolate Chunks
- 1/2 Vanilla Essence *optional
- Pinch of Pink Salt *optional
- Chocolate Bliss Ball (I used @hearusraw )
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients except the bliss ball together in a bowl and press firmly into a lined tin.
Crumble the bliss ball and press it onto the top.
Put in the fridge for at least 30 minutes and store for up to a week.
