Four Ingredient Protein Bars

Ingredients

  • 60g Weetbix crushed (I used gluten free)
  • 60g vanilla protein powder (I used @amazoniaco Raw Paleo Fermented Protein, vanilla lucuma)
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (I use @sogoodau unsweetened)
  • 30g runny Peanut Butter or nut butter of choice (I used @mayversfood smooth)

Optional add-ins

  • chocolate chips
  • dried fruit
  • coconut flakes

Preparation

  1. In a bowl add and mix together crushed Weetbix and protein powder

  2. Add in almond milk and peanut butter

  3. Mix together until it forms a doughy consistency

  4. Flatten into a lined baking tray and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours to set

  5. Cut into bar shapes and serve
