Four Ingredient Protein Bars
Ingredients
- 60g Weetbix crushed (I used gluten free)
- 60g vanilla protein powder (I used @amazoniaco Raw Paleo Fermented Protein, vanilla lucuma)
- 1/2 cup almond milk (I use @sogoodau unsweetened)
- 30g runny Peanut Butter or nut butter of choice (I used @mayversfood smooth)
Optional add-ins
- chocolate chips
- dried fruit
- coconut flakes
Preparation
In a bowl add and mix together crushed Weetbix and protein powder
Add in almond milk and peanut butter
Mix together until it forms a doughy consistency
Flatten into a lined baking tray and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours to set
Cut into bar shapes and serve
