Choc Berry Pudding

Ingredients

  • 200ml Almond Milk
  • 1/2 sachet Vegan Gelatine*
  • 1 tbs Vanilla Protein Powder (@macr0mike)
  • 1 tbs @unicornsuperfoods Berrylicious Blend

Preparation

  1. Add milk to a saucepan and stir in gelatine to combine before stirring through protein powder and @unicornsuperfoods Berrylicious Blend.

  2. Turn on heat and gradually bring to boil. Allow to simmer for a couple of minutes.

  3. Pour into a small bowl/mould and leave in the fridge for a few hours until set (ideally overnight).

  4. Decorate however you wish before serving. I poured melted chocolate over mine and added coconut yogurt, grapes, and blueberries.
