Nut Free Protein Double Chocolate Balls
Ingredients
- 5 soaked medjool dates
- 1.5 serving protein powder
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 2 tbsp filtered water
- Optional : 1/2 tbsp honey or maple
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs
- 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips
- sprinkle pink sea salt
- Topping optionals
- bee pollen
- melted cacao chip
Preparation
Blend all ingredients except cacao nibs, chocolate chips and sea salt in a food processor until thick dough forms
Transfer to a medium bowl, stir in nibs and chips
Roll into balls, sprinkle with sea salt and add toppings as desired
