Nut Free Protein Double Chocolate Balls

Ingredients

  • 5 soaked medjool dates
  • 1.5 serving protein powder
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp filtered water
  • Optional : 1/2 tbsp honey or maple
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs
  • 1 tbsp dark chocolate chips
  • sprinkle pink sea salt
  • Topping optionals
  • bee pollen
  • melted cacao chip

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients except cacao nibs, chocolate chips and sea salt in a food processor until thick dough forms

  2. Transfer to a medium bowl, stir in nibs and chips

  3. Roll into balls, sprinkle with sea salt and add toppings as desired
