Healthy Cherry and Oat Energy Bliss Balls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup smooth almond butter
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup (agave also works)
  • 1tsp coconut oil melted
  • 2 tbsp sprouted sunflower seeds
  • 4tbsp dried sour cherries
  • 2tbsp cacao nibs

Preparation

  1. Combine all wet ingredients in a large bowl

  2. Slowly add dry ingredients & mix until everything is well incorporated

  3. Using clean hands, grab around 1 1/2 tbsp of mixture and form in to ball
