Healthy Cherry and Oat Energy Bliss Balls
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup smooth almond butter
- 4 tbsp maple syrup (agave also works)
- 1tsp coconut oil melted
- 2 tbsp sprouted sunflower seeds
- 4tbsp dried sour cherries
- 2tbsp cacao nibs
Preparation
Combine all wet ingredients in a large bowl
Slowly add dry ingredients & mix until everything is well incorporated
Using clean hands, grab around 1 1/2 tbsp of mixture and form in to ball
