Simple Chocolate Orange Fudge Delight

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 1/4 cup coconut butter
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup cacao powder
  • 1 orange, juice and zest

Preparation

  1. Mix together coconut cream, chocolate chips and coconut butter until smooth, then mix in cacao powder. Mix in about half the orange zest.

  2. Pour into a bread pan lined with parchment paper. Top with remaining orange zest. Freeze for 1 hour, or until firm enough to cut. Cut into 15-18 pieces. Store in the refrigerator.
