Simple Chocolate Orange Fudge Delight
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 1/4 cup coconut butter
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup cacao powder
- 1 orange, juice and zest
Preparation
Mix together coconut cream, chocolate chips and coconut butter until smooth, then mix in cacao powder. Mix in about half the orange zest.
Pour into a bread pan lined with parchment paper. Top with remaining orange zest. Freeze for 1 hour, or until firm enough to cut. Cut into 15-18 pieces. Store in the refrigerator.
