Easy Summer BBQ Chicken Tacos

Ingredients

  • A little olive oil
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • Romaine lettuce cups
  • Onion
  • Tomato

Preparation

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little olive oil once hot.

  2. Add 2 chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side.

  3. Transfer the chicken to a bowl and shred it with two forks.

  4. Add 1/2 cup BBQ sauce and mix together.

  5. Spoon the mixture into romaine lettuce cups.

  6. Add onion and tomato to the tacos.

  7. Optionally, pair with nacho chips and avocado for serving.
