Easy Summer BBQ Chicken Tacos
Ingredients
- A little olive oil
- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- Romaine lettuce cups
- Onion
- Tomato
Preparation
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little olive oil once hot.
Add 2 chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side.
Transfer the chicken to a bowl and shred it with two forks.
Add 1/2 cup BBQ sauce and mix together.
Spoon the mixture into romaine lettuce cups.
Add onion and tomato to the tacos.
Optionally, pair with nacho chips and avocado for serving.
