Grilled Vegan Burger Wraps
Ingredients
- Beyond Meat burgers
- Onion
- Tortilla wrap
- BBQ sauce
- Spinach
- Avocado
Preparation
Grill the Beyond Meat burgers for a couple of minutes on each side.
Grill the onion at the same time.
Once the burgers are cooked, spread BBQ sauce in the center of a tortilla wrap, leaving the edges clear.
Add spinach and grilled onions on top.
Cut the burger in half and place it on top of the onions.
Add sliced avocado and a bit more BBQ sauce.
Fold over the ends and roll the wrap up.
Cut in half and serve.
Optional tips
If you have a George Foreman grill or panini press, grill the wrapped burger until the wrap turns crispy.
