Grilled Vegan Burger Wraps

Ingredients

  • Beyond Meat burgers
  • Onion
  • Tortilla wrap
  • BBQ sauce
  • Spinach
  • Avocado

Preparation

  1. Grill the Beyond Meat burgers for a couple of minutes on each side.

  2. Grill the onion at the same time.

  3. Once the burgers are cooked, spread BBQ sauce in the center of a tortilla wrap, leaving the edges clear.

  4. Add spinach and grilled onions on top.

  5. Cut the burger in half and place it on top of the onions.

  6. Add sliced avocado and a bit more BBQ sauce.

  7. Fold over the ends and roll the wrap up.

  8. Cut in half and serve.

Optional tips

  1. If you have a George Foreman grill or panini press, grill the wrapped burger until the wrap turns crispy.
