Vegan Hoisin No Duck Burgers

Ingredients

  • Shredded No Duck from Aldi
  • Brioche buns
  • Hoisin sauce

Optional toppings

  • Melted cheese and radish
  • Avocado and spring onions

Preparation

  1. Leave the Shredded No Duck disks whole to form patties

  2. Cook the patties in a skillet or oven until heated through and lightly browned

  3. Assemble the burgers by placing a patty in a brioche bun and drizzling with hoisin sauce

  4. Add optional toppings such as cheese and radish or avocado and spring onions
