Salt and Chilli Chicken with Chips and Fried Rice
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- Cornflour
- 4 spring onions
- 1 onion
- 1 green chilli
- 1 red chilli
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 microwave wholegrain rice
- 1 egg
- Salt
- Chilli flakes
- Salt and chilli seasoning
- Sesame oil
- Coconut oil
Optional additions
- Peas
Preparation
Cook the spring onion, garlic, peppers, onions, and chilli in coconut oil.
Coat the chicken in cornflour with some of the seasoning and garlic.
Add the chicken to the vegetables with a little more salt and cook.
Add the cooked rice to sesame oil in another frying pan, crack in an egg, and whisk with a fork.
For the chips, drizzle in oil, garlic, and seasoning and cook.
Optionally, add peas and spring onion to the rice for extra flavor.
