Very Berry Limoncello Spritz
Ingredients
- 2-3 Driscoll’s strawberries, sliced
- 3 Driscoll’s raspberries
- 8-10 Driscoll’s blueberries
- 2 ounces limoncello
- 3 ounces sparkling wine
- 1 ounce sparkling water
Berry-infused cubes
- Sliced Driscoll’s strawberries
- Driscoll’s raspberries
- Driscoll’s blueberries
Preparation
Add Driscollsberry strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries to an ice mold. Add water and freeze overnight.
Add sliced strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries to a cocktail shaker.
Add limoncello and muddle until berries are broken up. Add ice and shake for 10 seconds.
In a wine glass, add the ice cubes.
Double strain the berry limoncello mixture over the ice cubes.
Top with sparkling wine and sparkling water, stir, and garnish with fresh mint and Driscollsberry berries.
