Chocolate Banana Tart Cake

Ingredients

Cake

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 1 packet vanilla

Filling

  • bananas

Pudding

  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/2 packet heavy cream

Topping

  • 60 grams chocolate
  • 3-4 tablespoons heavy cream

Preparation

  1. Beat the eggs and sugar well.

  2. Add the remaining cake ingredients and mix.

  3. Pour into a greased tart mold and bake in a 180°C oven.

  4. For the pudding, combine milk, flour, powdered sugar, and egg yolk in a pot and bring to a boil.

  5. Remove from heat and let cool, then add 1/2 packet heavy cream and beat well.

  6. Let the cake cool after baking.

  7. Invert the cake onto a serving plate.

  8. Arrange sliced bananas on top.

  9. Spread the pudding over the bananas.

  10. In a small saucepan, heat the remaining cream lightly, add chocolate, melt, and spread over the top.

  11. Optionally, sprinkle cocoa on top.

  12. Decorate as desired, chill in the refrigerator, and serve.
