Chocolate Banana Tart Cake
Ingredients
Cake
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 packet baking powder
- 1 packet vanilla
Filling
- bananas
Pudding
- 1.5 cups milk
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 packet heavy cream
Topping
- 60 grams chocolate
- 3-4 tablespoons heavy cream
Preparation
Beat the eggs and sugar well.
Add the remaining cake ingredients and mix.
Pour into a greased tart mold and bake in a 180°C oven.
For the pudding, combine milk, flour, powdered sugar, and egg yolk in a pot and bring to a boil.
Remove from heat and let cool, then add 1/2 packet heavy cream and beat well.
Let the cake cool after baking.
Invert the cake onto a serving plate.
Arrange sliced bananas on top.
Spread the pudding over the bananas.
In a small saucepan, heat the remaining cream lightly, add chocolate, melt, and spread over the top.
Optionally, sprinkle cocoa on top.
Decorate as desired, chill in the refrigerator, and serve.
