Chocolate Protein Oat Porridge

Ingredients

  • Oats (approximately 1/2 cup, adjust to preference)
  • 1-2 tbsp cacao powder
  • Chocolate protein powder
  • 1 cup water or milk
  • Sweetener of choice (optional)

Preparation

  1. Mix oats, cacao powder, chocolate protein powder, and water/milk in a bowl.

  2. Heat the mixture over the stove or in the microwave until the oats are cooked and the mixture thickens.

  3. If desired, add sweetener of choice and stir well.
