Chocolate Yoghurt Banana Oatmeal Delight

Ingredients

  • 50 g whole grain rolled oats
  • 250 ml water or milk of your choice
  • Pinch of salt
  • 15 g chocolate protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon cacao powder
  • Dark blueberries
  • Yoghurt
  • Banana coins

Preparation

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the whole grain rolled oats, water or milk, and a pinch of salt.

  2. Microwave the mixture until all the liquid is absorbed, stirring occasionally. This should take about 2-3 minutes.

  3. Once the oatmeal is cooked, remove it from the microwave and set it aside.

  4. In a separate bowl, mix the chocolate protein powder and cacao powder until well combined.

  5. Add the chocolate and cacao mixture to the cooked oatmeal and stir until it's evenly distributed.

  6. Transfer the chocolate oatmeal to a serving bowl.

  7. Top the oatmeal with a handful of dark blueberries, a generous dollop of yoghurt, and some banana coins.

  8. Serve your delicious chocolate yoghurt banana oatmeal warm and enjoy!
