Quick and Easy Packed Breakfast Idea
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- sweet potato chips
- tomatoes
- 1/2 avocado
Preparation
Boil the egg for 7 minutes and then place in cold water.
Broil the sweet potato chips for about 10 minutes until soft.
Slice the avocado and tomato while the egg is boiling.
Mix all ingredients together and eat with greens such as spinach or arugula, using organic dressings if desired.
