Simple Baked Cauliflower Wings

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower, washed and trimmed into bite size pieces
  • 1 cup flour of choice
  • 1.5 cups of full fat coconut milk
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder (optional)
  • A pinch of salt & pepper
  • 1/2 cup of your favourite sauce

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt & pepper

  2. The consistency should be similar to a thick pancake batter (adjust flour to milk ratio as needed)

  3. Coat cauliflower pieces in batter and place onto two parchment lined baking sheets

  4. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 450 degrees F for about 20 mins

  5. Flip pieces and bake for an additional 10 mins until crispy

  6. Toss hot wings in sauce and serve immediately
