Simple Baked Cauliflower Wings
Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower, washed and trimmed into bite size pieces
- 1 cup flour of choice
- 1.5 cups of full fat coconut milk
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
- 1/2 tsp onion powder (optional)
- A pinch of salt & pepper
- 1/2 cup of your favourite sauce
Preparation
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt & pepper
The consistency should be similar to a thick pancake batter (adjust flour to milk ratio as needed)
Coat cauliflower pieces in batter and place onto two parchment lined baking sheets
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 450 degrees F for about 20 mins
Flip pieces and bake for an additional 10 mins until crispy
Toss hot wings in sauce and serve immediately
