Simple Baked Tofu with Seasoning
Ingredients
- Firm or extra firm Chinese style tofu
- Poultry seasoning
- Salt (preferably popcorn salt)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425°F
Drain water from tofu
Cut tofu block in half lengthwise
Cut into 1-inch squares and 1/2-inch thick cubes
Place on parchment-lined baking sheet
Sprinkle with poultry seasoning and a little salt
Bake for 15 minutes
Flip the tofu pieces
Bake for another 15 minutes
Optionally, broil for 1 minute if attentive
