Homemade Rolo Candies with Dark Chocolate
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 1/2 tsp maple syrup
- 80g dark chocolate
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Preparation
Mix the nut butter with maple syrup in a small bowl and set aside.
Melt the chocolate and stir in the coconut oil.
Half fill the chocolate moulds with the melted chocolate and leave to set in the fridge.
Once set, add a layer of the nut butter mix and cover with dark chocolate.
Chill in the fridge for an hour then enjoy.
