Vegan Hazelnut Macaroons Christmas Baking Treat

Ingredients

  • 100ml chickpea water (from one can or glass)
  • 120g powdered sugar
  • 300g grated hazelnuts
  • wafers (optional)

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F)

  2. Whisk the chickpea water until stiff; slowly add the sugar while stirring; carefully fold in the hazelnuts

  3. Put small servings on wafers or on baking paper

  4. Bake for 10-20 minutes depending on the size
