Vegan Hazelnut Macaroons Christmas Baking Treat
Ingredients
- 100ml chickpea water (from one can or glass)
- 120g powdered sugar
- 300g grated hazelnuts
- wafers (optional)
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F)
Whisk the chickpea water until stiff; slowly add the sugar while stirring; carefully fold in the hazelnuts
Put small servings on wafers or on baking paper
Bake for 10-20 minutes depending on the size
