Blueberry Muffin Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup oat flour (or any other flour)
  • 1 Tbsp flax or chia
  • 1 banana
  • 1 scoop @vivolife vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2-1 cup plant milk
  • 1 Tbsp nut butter
  • Handful of blueberries
  • Cinnamon
  • Baking powder

Preparation

  1. Mix everything together.

  2. Bake at 360F for about 30 minutes.

  3. Top with a dollop of your favorite nut butter and a splash of milk.
