Blueberry Muffin Baked Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup oat flour (or any other flour)
- 1 Tbsp flax or chia
- 1 banana
- 1 scoop @vivolife vanilla protein powder
- 1/2-1 cup plant milk
- 1 Tbsp nut butter
- Handful of blueberries
- Cinnamon
- Baking powder
Preparation
Mix everything together.
Bake at 360F for about 30 minutes.
Top with a dollop of your favorite nut butter and a splash of milk.
