Chunky Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownie Bars

Ingredients

  • 190g flour (plain, spelt, oat, buckwheat, self-raising or gluten-free)
  • 30g MyProtein UK dark chocolate vegan blend
  • 10g cacao powder
  • 100g Natvia Living sweetener
  • 65g peanut butter or alternative
  • 240ml unsweetened almond milk or alternative
  • Squeeze of lemon
  • Some baking powder
  • Some salt
  • 50g dark chocolate, chopped

Preparation

  1. Plonk all the ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Place the batter in a baking tray lined with baking paper.

  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180°C.

  4. Leave to cool and eat.
