Chunky Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownie Bars
Ingredients
- 190g flour (plain, spelt, oat, buckwheat, self-raising or gluten-free)
- 30g MyProtein UK dark chocolate vegan blend
- 10g cacao powder
- 100g Natvia Living sweetener
- 65g peanut butter or alternative
- 240ml unsweetened almond milk or alternative
- Squeeze of lemon
- Some baking powder
- Some salt
- 50g dark chocolate, chopped
Preparation
Plonk all the ingredients in a bowl.
Place the batter in a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Bake for 20-25 minutes at 180°C.
Leave to cool and eat.
