Cookie Dough Caramel Bars
Ingredients
- 200g cooked white beans
- Approx. 40g coconut syrup or other
- 40g peanut butter (or other)
- 50g flavorless flour (I used 30g ground oatmeal and 20g lupine flour)
- 30g protein powder (e.g. peanut butter cookie?Alternatively: more flour!)
- a few dark chocolate drops
- optional cookie dough flave drops
- HEALTHY CARAMEL: •100 g pitted dates
- a splash of water
- 1 tsp peanut butter
- Take it out of the box
- cut & enjoy
Preparation
Wash the white beans well and blend them until creamy
Then mix well with all other ingredients
Press it into a square form (prepared with some baking paper)
Blend until creamy & spread it over the cookie dough
Put in the freezer while melting
G dark chocolate with 1tsp coconut oil
Spread the chocolate over the caramel and put in the freezer for an hour
