Cookie Dough Caramel Bars

Ingredients

  • 200g cooked white beans
  • Approx. 40g coconut syrup or other
  • 40g peanut butter (or other)
  • 50g flavorless flour (I used 30g ground oatmeal and 20g lupine flour)
  • 30g protein powder (e.g. peanut butter cookie?Alternatively: more flour!)
  • a few dark chocolate drops
  • optional cookie dough flave drops
  • HEALTHY CARAMEL: •100 g pitted dates
  • a splash of water
  • 1 tsp peanut butter
  • Take it out of the box
  • cut & enjoy

Preparation

  1. Wash the white beans well and blend them until creamy

  2. Then mix well with all other ingredients

  3. Press it into a square form (prepared with some baking paper)

  4. Blend until creamy & spread it over the cookie dough

  5. Put in the freezer while melting

  6. G dark chocolate with 1tsp coconut oil

  7. Spread the chocolate over the caramel and put in the freezer for an hour
