Easy Microwave S’mores Mug Cakes

Ingredients

  • 1 egg and 1 egg white
  • 3 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1.5 teaspoons coconut sugar
  • 1.5 tablespoons chocolate chips
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • optional crushed graham cracker
  • 2 tablespoons marshmallows for topping

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients together well in a bowl

  2. Pour the mixture into two small greased ramekins or one medium ramekin

  3. Optionally add 2 tablespoons of marshmallows on top before microwaving, or toast them separately and add after

  4. Microwave for 3 minutes and enjoy
