Easy Microwave S’mores Mug Cakes
Ingredients
- 1 egg and 1 egg white
- 3 tablespoons coconut flour
- 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1.5 teaspoons coconut sugar
- 1.5 tablespoons chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- optional crushed graham cracker
- 2 tablespoons marshmallows for topping
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together well in a bowl
Pour the mixture into two small greased ramekins or one medium ramekin
Optionally add 2 tablespoons of marshmallows on top before microwaving, or toast them separately and add after
Microwave for 3 minutes and enjoy
