Mini Double Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp. all-purpose flour (GF option available)
  • 1 tbsp. cacao powder
  • 3 tbsp. coconut sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tbsp. chocolate chips
  • 3 tbsp. milk
  • 1 tbsp. oil or melted butter
  • 1 egg

Preparation

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl or large mug, whisk together the wet ingredients.

  2. Stir in the dry ingredients and microwave for 1 minute and 40 seconds. Enjoy!

Frosting suggestion

  1. For optional frosting, mix yogurt (such as Siggi's dairy), cacao powder, and coconut sugar to taste.
