Mini Double Chocolate Cake
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp. all-purpose flour (GF option available)
- 1 tbsp. cacao powder
- 3 tbsp. coconut sugar
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tbsp. chocolate chips
- 3 tbsp. milk
- 1 tbsp. oil or melted butter
- 1 egg
Preparation
In a microwave-safe bowl or large mug, whisk together the wet ingredients.
Stir in the dry ingredients and microwave for 1 minute and 40 seconds. Enjoy!
Frosting suggestion
For optional frosting, mix yogurt (such as Siggi's dairy), cacao powder, and coconut sugar to taste.
