Gooey Chocolate Mug Cake
Ingredients
- 50g almond butter
- 45ml maple syrup
- 30ml almond milk
- 30g ground almonds
- 16g cacao powder
- 1 big chunk of dark chocolate
Preparation
Simply measure the almond butter, almond milk and maple syrup into the mug and stir together
Add the cacao powder and ground almonds and stir again until all the ingredients are combined
Then push the chunk of dark chocolate into the center of the cake mix and just under the surface
Cooking
Place in the microwave on a high heat for 1 minute for very gooey or 1 minute 20 seconds for slightly gooey
