Healthy Chocolate and Almond Butter Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup wholemeal flour
  • 1/3 cup cacao powder
  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 160 degrees

  2. Mix dry ingredients into a large bowl

  3. Mix wet ingredients into a separate bowl

  4. Add wet ingredients to dry and fold until just combined

  5. Place in a brownie dish and bake in the oven for 25 minutes, or until just cooked

  6. Best served warm
