Easy Vegan Black Bean Brownies
Ingredients
- 1 can black beans (rinsed and drained)
- 5 Tbsp maple syrup (optionally use half molasses for deeper flavor)
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 3 Tbsp cacao powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp pink sea salt
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Vegan dark chocolate chips to taste
Preparation
Blend all ingredients except the chocolate chips
Transfer the batter into a lined and greased pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes
