Easy Vegan Black Bean Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 can black beans (rinsed and drained)
  • 5 Tbsp maple syrup (optionally use half molasses for deeper flavor)
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 3 Tbsp cacao powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp pink sea salt
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • Vegan dark chocolate chips to taste

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients except the chocolate chips

  2. Transfer the batter into a lined and greased pan and bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes
