Vegan White Bean Blondies
Ingredients
- 1 can white beans (drained)
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 2 Tbsp coconut flour
- Pinch cinnamon
- Pinch pink sea salt
- Vegan dark chocolate chips (to taste)
Preparation
Blend all ingredients except the chocolate chips
Fold in chocolate chips
Grease a baking dish with coconut oil and line with parchment paper
Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes
Let it cool completely before removing and slicing into squares
Best when refrigerated
