Hot Cacao Banana Porridge with Nuts and Berries

Ingredients

  • oats
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • water
  • plant-based milk
  • pumpkin seeds
  • cashew nut butter
  • blueberries
  • pecans
  • vanilla chocolate

Preparation

  1. Soak the oats with half a chopped banana and 1 tablespoon of cacao powder, then cover with boiled water.

  2. Leave to soak for at least 20 minutes.

  3. Add plant-based milk and cook.

  4. Spoon into a bowl and top with pumpkin seeds, cashew nut butter, blueberries, chopped pecans, and a chunk of vanilla chocolate.

  5. Enjoy.
