Hot Cacao Banana Porridge with Nuts and Berries
Ingredients
- oats
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
- water
- plant-based milk
- pumpkin seeds
- cashew nut butter
- blueberries
- pecans
- vanilla chocolate
Preparation
Soak the oats with half a chopped banana and 1 tablespoon of cacao powder, then cover with boiled water.
Leave to soak for at least 20 minutes.
Add plant-based milk and cook.
Spoon into a bowl and top with pumpkin seeds, cashew nut butter, blueberries, chopped pecans, and a chunk of vanilla chocolate.
