Quick Stove-Top Oat and Nut Granola
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 cup oats
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1/3 cup toasted coconut chips
- 2 handfuls pumpkin seeds
- handful Brazil nuts
- handful pecans
- handful walnuts
- blueberries
- almond milk
- yoghurt
Preparation
Add 2 tbsp maple syrup, 1 cup oats, 1 tbsp cacao powder, and 1/3 cup toasted coconut chips to a pan. Stir together and heat slightly.
In a dry frying pan on medium-high heat, add 2 handfuls of pumpkin seeds and a handful each of chopped Brazil nuts, pecans, and walnuts. Heat and shake the pan until the pumpkin seeds start popping and the nuts are lightly toasted.
Stir everything together in the pan.
Add some to a bowl with blueberries and your choice of milk. Optionally, add a spoonful of yoghurt and watch the milk turn chocolatey.
