Ingredients

  • 2tbsp. coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp. black treacle
  • 50ml maple syrup
  • 2tbsp. nut butter
  • 150g jumbo oats
  • 50g chopped walnuts
  • 50g chopped almonds
  • 50g pumpkin seeds
  • 30g sunflower seeds
  • 50g desiccated coconut
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

How to steps

  1. Heat oven to 150c

  2. Line a baking tray with parchment, in medium pan gently melt coconut oil with maple and treacle

  3. Add the nut butter and stir

  4. Add oats and stir through until covered

  5. Tip in all the remaining ingredients and stir thoroughly

  6. Spoon granola mix into baking tray

  7. Spread out evenly

  8. Place in oven on middle shelf

  9. Bake for 15 minutes, remove from oven and stir through granola - place back in oven & cook for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown

  10. Allow to cool fully and store in an airtight container
