Melt-In-Your-Mouth Pudding Cookies

Ingredients

  • 125 grams butter or margarine
  • 1 tea glass vegetable oil
  • 1 tea glass powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 packet vanilla pudding mix
  • 1/2 packet baking powder
  • 3 to 3.5 cups flour

Topping

  • Hazelnut or walnut pieces

Preparation

  1. Mix the softened butter with vegetable oil and powdered sugar thoroughly, add the egg and mix well, then add pudding, baking powder, and flour. Add the last cup of flour slowly to achieve a soft consistency.

  2. Shape the dough into walnut-sized balls.

  3. Dip each ball first in the reserved egg white, then in the nut pieces.

  4. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spaced apart.

  5. Bake in a preheated 170°C oven for 13-14 minutes.

Tips

  1. You can use any flavor of powdered pudding mix.
