Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 scoop Rootz Nutrition protein superfood
  • 2 tablespoons coconut flour
  • 1/3 cup Guiltless Superfoods superfood seed flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

Toppings

  • Almond butter
  • Pure maple syrup
  • Cinnamon
  • Coconut flakes

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together to form a batter

  2. Preheat the waffle iron

  3. Pour the batter into the waffle iron and cook until golden brown

  4. Top with almond butter, maple syrup, cinnamon, and coconut flakes
