Paleo Banana Bread Single Serving
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tbsp organic almond butter
- 1/2 scoop @ancientnutrition keto collagen (optional)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mash the banana.
Whisk the egg.
Combine all ingredients together.
Bake in a ramekin for 20-25 minutes.
Sprinkle with a little coconut sugar before serving.
