Paleo Banana Bread Single Serving

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp organic almond butter
  • 1/2 scoop @ancientnutrition keto collagen (optional)

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Mash the banana.

  3. Whisk the egg.

  4. Combine all ingredients together.

  5. Bake in a ramekin for 20-25 minutes.

  6. Sprinkle with a little coconut sugar before serving.
