Single Serving Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 small banana (mashed)
  • 1/4 tsp. baking powder
  • 3 tbsp. almond flour
  • 1 tbsp. coconut flour
  • 1/2 tsp. ceylon cinnamon

Preparation

  1. In a microwaveable bowl or mug, whisk together the egg and banana.

  2. Stir in the rest of the ingredients.

  3. Microwave for 2 minutes.

  4. Top with almond butter and honey.
